Deb's Beach Condos - Proud to showcase this 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Great choice for 3 couples or 2 small families. During June and July 2019, we are doing weekly reservations Sunday to Sunday. This helps our guests avoid the traffic congestion on the roads and at the grocery stores that occurs on Saturdays!

Deposit Requirements
$300 deposit and a signed rental contract is required at booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival for short term rentals; 90 days prior to arrival for monthly rentals.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
$200 administrative fee for any cancellation. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival, you forfeit the remainder of your security deposit and any monies paid for rent.
Our security deposit is a $300 hold on a credit card starting 4 days prior to arrival.

About Debby
Tad and I have been married for over 25 years and have two adults children. We manage our condos ourselves and work hard to make them perfect for stress free vacations for our guests. We love the beautiful white sand of the Gulf in PCB and hope you come to enjoy it as much as we do.
Why This Property?
We already had a 2 bedroom ground floor condo at Regency. Loved being able to have a 3rd floor 3 bedroom that is close to our other condo.
Regency has such great amenities - love the tiki hut and being able to buy food and drink without having to leave the property!
Unique Benefits
Easy access to stairs - can easily walk down 2 flights of stairs to avoid elevator waits.
View from the patio includes beautiful grassy area with palm trees as well as the Gulf of Mexico.
