We weren't sure what we would find at Absolutely Suite but it worked out amazingly well for the 4 of us (two couples) on a biking adventure in the Canadian Okanagan. Russell and Christine were fantastic hosts - helpful but not intrusive. Their tips on where to bike guided us to exactly what we had hoped for. The tips on eating and shopping were also dead on. The suite itself was clean, comfortable and roomy and the full kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home. The outdoor patio was open and comfy with both grill and propane fireplace. Not to forget the hot tub with such a view. We got the murphy bed and it was a very comfortable real queen size bed. Having the kitchen located between us and our friends in the bedroom also created quite a bit of privacy. Finally, the location of the Suite is great for easy access to biking adventures, shopping and lots of eating choices. Oliver itself turned out to be a fantastic location - especially if you like wineries.
Very comfortable, spacious, well-appointed property with very easy access to all areas of the Okanagan wine country. This was our favorite place and we have stayed in several different places. Very good access to popular wineries and restaurants. Ask owners about short scenic road trips to take - we have visited several times and never got to see these before - well worth the drive. Wonderful outside seating area with firepit and background music. Nice kitchen. Great laundry facilities. Comfortable bed. We will definitely return. BTW, this is a great host couple!
What a great find "Absolutely Suite" was. We had stayed in Oliver a few times over the years, but this was the best experience so far. The suite is spacious, well appointed and very clean. Most of our time was spent on the fabulous covered patio, the neighbourhood was quiet and the orchard and vineyards in the area complete the relaxing atmosphere. The Work's are wonderful hosts; they are there if you need them, but you do have complete privacy. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and I plan to go back again
We stayed in Absolutely Suite for 3 nights. The suite was clean, spacious, had lots of character, and absolutely everything you might need. There were also nice touches like a bottle of wine left for us, cream for coffee, and a bowl of fruit. The patio was beautiful to sit outside with meals, there's a full BBQ, and even a hot tub. You really have everything you need and then some. The hosts are also incredibly friendly, warm and willing to help in any way you need. I will stay again if it's available!
