Our villa is equipped for the tiniest of travelers. We have several strollers, (2) high chairs, (2) cribs, (2) pack and play style cribs, bed rail (3) booster type car seats, (2) umbrella strollers and beach chairs. Please let us know if there is anything else your family would need to make your stay memorable! Rates can change without notice. Once a deposit is received your are under contract and your rate cannot change. Once you have confirmed your dates and made your deposit, a contract will be emailed within 7 days. Check in time is between 4:00 & 5:00 PM EST and check out is 10:00 AM EST. Rates listed are for up to 12 guests. There is a per person per night fee for 13-16 guests. The pool/spa heating is optional. The rates are $25.00 per night or $150.00 per week.
