Relaxing Kauai Retreat

This home is absolutely spectacular. The views are amazing and will never disappear. You overlook the third hole on the golf course looking out toward the ocean and on the front side of the house the mountains. We spent the majority of our time on the top patio enjoying these views every day. Elise is so on point no matter what your question is. She responds immediately and has a great response team in Poipu to help out. I am sure she deals with many people over the course of time with different issues but she was so easy to talk with and felt as if I'd known here for a long time. She wants her guests to enjoy their stay and has thought of everything. We have been in several vacation rentals and this was by far the nicest and most equipped. The area is very relaxing and peaceful. We walked every morning and less than a mile from beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. You can't miss here, it is everything you will want it to be.

The home is well named. We watched the nenes each morning while eating breakfast on the lanai. You have everything needed to be comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The Apple TV was a real bonus. Mahalo Elise!

We have stayed at this lovely home for several years in a row. In fact it is the only home we will rent on Kauai. We feel nothing can compare to the home, the location and the owner! We rent homes all over and this is by far the only one we continue to book on a consistent basis! To begin with the home is located on beautiful quiet golf course. It is equipped with a pool and spa in a spacious backyard. The home is complete with cable, apple tv, comfortable beds, an amazing deck that oversees the backyard and golf course as well as a view of the ocean. If I sound like a saleswoman, I'm not trying to! I'm just describing this amazing vacation property! To say the owner is easy to deal with is like saying water is wet! Really! She completes you experience with every detail provided for in her home. Scooters for your kids, boogie boards, towels even grocery bags for your trip to Walmart (they no longer will put your groceries in bags)! We cannot wait to book this home again for next year! It is truly out home away from home!

Beyond Amazing

We are a family of 6 with four kids under the age of 10 and this house was beyond amazing!! The kids spent many hours in the pool after a day of adventure on the island. We opted for the ac but spent many evenings with the doors open and relaxed in the breeze from the mountains. This home has plenty of indoor space for everyone to spread out when needed and plenty of seating when we were together. Also this house had everything you could ever need. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil needed and all and bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kids loved the boogie boards and razor scooters in the garage!!! I can't say it enough this homeowner thought of everything!!! She was so easy to talk to if there was a need and she even sent me all the activities the island had to offer on the 4th of July. Elise wants to ensure you have an amazing vacation and believe me you will in her gorgeous perfect home. Couldn't believe it was located near a beach, the house was so clean, I didn't see a grain of sand anywhere. When we come back we will definitely stay at halenene!!! Mahalo Elise for our best family vacation yet!!!

Immaculate Surroundings, Furnishings and Views

This home has the best view and location that we have stayed at in Kauai! The quiet community and spacious neighborhood makes it so much more enjoyable than those on the beach locations that are tight with vacationers, their vehicles and foot traffic. The home is beautiful from the furnishings to the location and the view off of the stunning lanai to the ocean. The open floor plan on the upper floor living area open to the lanai is brilliant! We played golf one day (and only my son in law is really a golfer) and it was so much fun to stop by the house twice to visit my husband and grand daughter while near, we are going to make it an ongoing future activity. With the air conditioning on and the windows closed the early morning mowers could not be heard and we all slept peacefully and well. There is a great supply of beach chairs and toys for use. Everything is top notch in the home and Elise keeps it that way for all of her guests. If you are looking for immaculate surroundings, furnishings and views, this is the home for you at a solid value. Nothing run down or worn exists in this beautiful location. We have been to Kauai 8 times and have high standards on which this home delivers. Elise is one of the most responsive before, during and after that we have ever dealt with (I have asked her if she sleeps :) ) and she is a true sweetheart who cares about her home so that you will be able to enjoy your vacation in a beautiful setting.
